Soul Pilates focus and care is towards positive people who want to move forward in their life by building a strong core, back, pelvic floor whilst developing long lean muscles and above all - happy souls.
This wonderful weekend includes daily Pilates Mat & Stretch classes, meditation walks with Soul Safaris, Health talks with our Exercise Physiologist/Scientist, Gut Healthy Cocktails Workshop, with Shannon from 'Living with Rosie’ and available massages. All meals will be prepared by our incredible chef. We will enjoy French Champagne & Canapes upon arrival, and organic local wine at dinner whilst relaxing by the fireplace.
