Rosemary Hall
Rosemary Hall at Springfield is a stunning country home, recently renovated by renowned designer Collette Dinnigan. This extraordinary residence offers luxurious generous spaces, polished wood floors, spectacular light-filled living and dining room, and romantic bedrooms. The Hall's sweeping 20m ceilings, mezzanine and huge wooden beams evoke a rare, timeless grandeur.
The Rose Room
Our most generous suite with sprawling Northerly views all the way to Mount Gibraltar. This delightful spacious bedroom, includes a luxe upholstered Super King bed, sitting area, writing bureau and built-in robes. Ensuite marble bathroom with full-size bath and separate shower. Home to original art by Ketna Patel and Gary Christian, and features handwoven textiles from Bhutan as well as European Chinoiserie. As with all Springfield Bedrooms, the Rose Room has its own reverse cycle temperature control unit.

The Indigo Room
The Indigo Room, upstairs in The Hall is one of two loft bedrooms. Above the luxurious Queen Bed is a loft with a single day bed. John Olsen Art is paired with Tigger Hall’s Nine Muses fabrics to create a simple light-hearted theme to this beautiful East facing space. This room also has a stylish and comfortable lounge chair and a built-in robe. It shares the adjacent bathroom with Avocado Room. As with all Springfield Bedrooms, the Indigo Room has its own reverse cycle temperature control unit.
The Avocado Room
Upstairs with stunning Northerly views to Mt Gibraltar. Two single white cast iron beds decorated with deliciously soft mohair throws and Tigger Hall’s Nine Muses fabrics. The room has one desk and is light, airy and fun with a quirky collection of books, decor and art by local painter Scott Pollock. Avocado Room is one of two loft bedrooms. Above the desk and builtins is a loft with a single day bed. This room shares the adjacent bathroom with Indigo Room.
The Blue Room
The Blue Bird Room is a delightful spacious downstairs suite that enjoys Northerly views from the garden to Mount Gibraltar. The suite features an elegant window seat, two luxe upholstered Double Beds, 2 sitting areas, a (gas) fireplace, two writing desks, and armoire. The ensuite bathroom includes separate rooms for shower and toilet. The Blue Bird Room Room also has original art by Gary Christian and as with all Springfield Bedrooms, the Blue Bird Room has its own reverse cycle temperature control unit.
THE STUDIO

The Studio
The Studio is the perfect place for workshops. Bright and light with walls lined with endless books to get your creativity flowing. Enjoy a tea on the balcony with breathtaking views or cozy up on cloud-like couches by the wood fireplace on colder days. Extendable table for groups of up to 14 and couch space for 6. Combined living and lounge space is attached to Me Time room and bathroom.

Me Time Room
Me Time is a Queen bedroom adjacent to the Studio. The ensuite bathroom has spectacular Northern rural views overlooking the field flowing down to the dam and beyond to Mount Gibraltar. Me Time has original art by Arthur Boyd and Shannon Rosie Barge. During the day the space can double as the Massage Room, with privacy offered by a romantic white linen curtain. As with all Springfield Bedrooms, Me Time has a reverse cycle temperature control unit. This room is for facilitators/retreat hosts.
DROVER'S REST
Drover's Rest
This building was converted from existing storage sheds, given a stunning new life by award-winning Takt Studio for Architecture. The architects were asked to create spaces that blended harmoniously with the farm landscape and this brief was met perfectly with natural building materials highlighting OSB lining boards reminiscent of the straw bales that once filled the barns on the farm. Drover's Rest is a 5-10 min walk down the tree-lined driveway, to The Main Residence. The Grass House is most suitable for short term stays as storage is limited to a large luggage shelf, wall shelves, and hanging space.
The Rest's Rooms
Two identical bedrooms that can each be configured as two King Singles or one Super King. Each features a window desk with paddock views. In contrast to The Hall & Farm House they are furnished with a minimalist, Scandinavian flavor.

The bedrooms share a lounge room accessible via an undercover outdoor walkway with wood-heated fire, dining table, window seats, and lounge chairs. The adjacent tea/coffee service bar, shower, toilet (state of the art composting unit) are evocative of a ‘tiny-house’ feeling. Both bedrooms have their own reverse cycle temperature control unit.
THE FARM HOUSE
The Farm House
Garden Retreat at Springfield is an elegant balance of old and new. The original 1940's house has the comfort and style of a chic, contemporary country oasis. Recently renovated by renowned designer Collette Dinnigan. New kitchen, bathrooms, and polished wood floors with a sumptuous living room, light-filled dining room, and romantic bedrooms.
Farm House Rooms
The Rosina and Annie Rooms each have Queen beds and built-in robes. Lily has a Queen bed and a storage cupboard. The Farmhouse has 2 bathrooms (one with a bath), a sunny kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood fireplace, large comfy leather sofa, and a writing desk. Interiors are eclectic in style with a focus on upcycled and restored original farmhouse furniture, complemented by MCM dining chairs and sumptuous sheepskins.
